How it works

Three taps. More reviews.
Starting today.

No complicated setup. No training your staff. Just a QR code that works every time, at the exact moment a customer's experience is still fresh.

1

Customer scans your QR code

After every visit, your customer scans a branded QR code on display. In one tap, they land on your custom Review Flow feedback page. No app download. No login. Just a fast, frictionless experience on their phone.

2

They share their experience

A clean, branded page asks one simple question: How was your experience? Customers respond with a tap. No lengthy forms, no star ratings to overthink. The whole thing takes under 30 seconds, which means more customers actually complete it.

3

Happy customers go to Google. Concerns come to you.

Customers who had a great experience are guided directly to your Google review page (or other public review site) to share it publicly. Customers with concerns are routed to you privately, so you can make it right before anything goes online. Your reputation grows. Your blind spots disappear.

Four layers. One platform.
$149 a month.

Birdeye charges $350+ for a similar feature set. Podium charges $299+. Review Flow gives you everything at a price that makes sense for a local business.

Layer 1

QR Code Review Solicitation

Captures customer sentiment at the moment of truth — right after their experience, while it's still fresh. Competitors send texts hours later. You're there first.

  • Branded QR code and custom feedback page
  • Emoji-based sentiment — zero friction for customers
  • Happy customers routed to Google, Yelp, or Facebook
  • Concerns routed privately to you for resolution first
  • Fully compliant with Google, Yelp, and FTC policies
Layer 2

Automated Multi-Platform Monitoring

Review Flow captures your baseline the moment you sign up, then regularly checks every platform automatically, forever. No manual log-ins. No missed reviews.

  • Google and Yelp monitored automatically
  • Baseline snapshot captured on day one
  • New reviews detected, pulled, and sent to you
  • Zero manual effort from you or your staff
Layer 3

AI-Powered Review Analysis

Every incoming review is automatically analyzed by AI. You get a pre-digested, actionable response you have to figure out on your own.

  • AI-drafted response suggestion for every review
  • Trend identification. See what customers talk about most as they tell you
Layer 4

Growth Reporting That Proves ROI

Three reporting outputs that keep you informed without requiring you to log in, chase data, or wonder if Review Flow is actually working. It is. Here's the proof.

  • Email alerts for low-star reviews (with suggested reply)
  • Weekly digest every Monday — growth vs. prior week
  • Growth is tracked comparing today vs. your day-one baseline
  • Platform-by-platform rating and review count history
  • Shareable reports for your records or your team
AI analysis

You get the notification.
AI does the work.

Every review is analyzed automatically. You never have to read a review and then figure out what to do. A suggested response is already done for you.

"Waited 45 minutes for a table even though we had a reservation. When we finally sat down the food was cold. Nobody apologized or offered anything. Won't be back."
Suggested response
"We sincerely apologize for your experience. A 45-minute wait with a reservation is completely unacceptable, and cold food makes it worse. Please reach out to us directly at [email] — we'd like to make this right for you."
Know within minutes, not daysWhen a 1-star review goes up, you get an alert with everything you need to respond. Not after you stumble across it yourself. It gets sent to you.
Reply with confidenceThe suggested response is already drafted. Edit it if you like, or send it as-is. Either way, you've responded professionally in under two minutes.
Spot patterns before they become problemsWhen the reviews get sent to you, you are kept informed in real-time. If three customers in a week mention slow service, you see it and can address it before it becomes a pattern of 1-star reviews.
Prove it to your teamThe weekly digest gives you a shareable, clear report on exactly what's happening with your reputation — numbers, trends, and direction.

From the founder

I started Review Flow because I got tired of watching good businesses get hurt by reviews that had nothing to do with the quality of their work.

A hair salon gets two stars because the parking lot was full. A plumber gets dinged because he couldn't come out the same day during a holiday weekend. A gym loses a star because a customer didn't like the music.

None of those are bad businesses. They're just businesses that never got the chance to respond before the damage was done.

Most unhappy customers don't actually want to leave a bad review. They want to be heard. They want someone to acknowledge that their experience fell short. Give them that opportunity privately, and most of them will never touch Google.

But I kept thinking about the other side of the equation, too. Happy customers almost never leave reviews. Not because they don't want to, but because no one made it easy enough, or asked at the right moment, or removed the friction standing between a great experience and a public comment. The businesses doing exceptional work were often the quietest ones online.

That's the entire idea behind Review Flow. Not to game the system, but to give businesses a fighting chance to make things right before a moment of frustration becomes a permanent part of their reputation, and to make sure the customers who walk away happy actually say so.

FAQ

Common questions

Under two minutes. When you submit the signup form, our automated system captures your baseline reputation snapshot, creates your client record, builds your QR code and feedback page, and sends your welcome email — all automatically. You don't have to do anything.

None. You receive a branded QR code you can print and display. Your customers scan it. Review Flow handles everything else. If you can check email, you can use Review Flow.

Yes. Review Flow is fully compliant with Google, Yelp, the FTC, and TripAdvisor policies. Every customer — regardless of their experience — is offered the opportunity to leave a public review. The private feedback channel is an additional option, not a gate. Review Flow does not suppress or discourage any customer from leaving a public review.

Google and Yelp. Google is monitored via the Google My Business API. Yelp via the Yelp Fusion API.

Every new review is automatically analyzed by AI. The analysis extracts the sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative), urgency level, primary theme (food quality, service, cleanliness, wait time, etc.), and generates a suggested response you can send with minimal editing. You receive this summary by email — you never have to read a raw review and wonder what to do next.

When you sign up, Review Flow automatically captures your current star rating and total review count on every monitored platform. This becomes your permanent "day one" benchmark. Every weekly digest and growth report compares your current numbers to that baseline — so you can always see exactly how far you've come since joining Review Flow.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel through your billing portal or by emailing contact@reviewflowops.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Birdeye and Podium are enterprise platforms with enterprise pricing ($299–$350+/month) and enterprise complexity. They don't offer a QR code feedback flow, and they require annual contracts. Review Flow gives you more of what matters to a local business owner — including the QR code, AI analysis, and weekly growth reporting — at less than half the price, with no contract required.
